From Behind the Wheel to Behind the Desk
Our founders spent years running their own authority — logging the miles, fighting brokers over $1.80 freight, and watching mega-carriers force loads that barely covered fuel. They knew there had to be a better way to keep an owner-operator loaded and profitable.
So in 2016, a couple of ex-drivers and a veteran dispatcher started DispatchPro out of a single office with one rule: never put a driver on a load we wouldn't run ourselves. No forced dispatch, no lowball freight, no hidden percentages — just honest dispatching from people who have actually pre-tripped a rig at 4 a.m.
Today we dispatch for owner-operators and small fleets across all 48, but the mission hasn't changed: keep good drivers loaded with freight that actually pays, and get them home when they want to be.
